The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We ship to Germany, EU countries, and internationally to (almost) all countries.

If you reside outside these regions and are interested in our offers, please contact us at shop@goldenride.de.

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.) or Golden Ride subscriptions. Subscriptions will be sent with Deutsche Post Basic (no tracking). However, shipping costs apply for subscription gifts.

Please note: 
Shipping outside the EU can take a little longer.

According to Deutsche Post, shipping  takes 7 to 11 working days plus additional delays due to customs clearance, weather, and current market conditions -  unfortunately we have had several cases in the past where shipments to the US  and Canada have taken around 4-5 weeks (and even up to 7 weeks).
